Tear open a sachet, pour the oil into your palms and rub your hands together for a few seconds.

Step 2

Massage your belly and lower back

Use slow, firm, circular strokes on your lower belly, hips and lower back for a full minute.

Step 3

Add a warm towel

Lay a warm towel or a hot-water bottle over the area to make the relief last. Repeat as needed.
