Precautions for use

External use only. Avoid all contact with the eyes and mucous membranes (nose or mouth). Do not expose to the sun after application. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if epileptic, have convulsion history, or hypersensitivity to essential oils. Not suitable for children under the age of 3. It is always best to carry out a skin patch test.

Should I use Body Tenderness before or after exercise?

After. It's made to help your muscles unwind once the effort is over. Massage it into the worked areas after training or a long physical day, up to 3 times a day.

Can I use it for neck and shoulder tension from sitting at a desk?

Yes, it's one of its favourite uses. Gently massage the neck, shoulders and upper arms to release tension built up from long hours in front of a screen.

Will it leave my skin greasy?

It's a true oil, based on organic olive and sunflower oils with arnica. Massage until it's fully absorbed, and leave it a few minutes to absorb before getting dressed.

What's inside, and is it natural?

It combines arnica and St John's wort extracts with 7 organic essential oils, including ginger, clove, black spruce and marjoram. It is COSMOS ORGANIC certified by Ecocert Greenlife: 100% of its ingredients are of natural origin and 99.8% come from organic farming.
